THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD MUSIC OUT THERE THAT YOU ARE NOT HEARING AND IT IS YOU WHO REALLY COUNTS!

Unless you search for particular artists on sites like Myspace, there´s a good chance you won´t hear them. This is where we hope to change things.

 

You pay for the music in the end, one way or another, so now you can be involved from the start and, it costs nothing.

The site is simple. All you do is vote on all the tracks and, the one you like best moves up the highest.

 

We also have a few American, European and Australian members so you would be part of a single international group all voting on the very same thing.

 

The voting system is just tick boxes with 10 different points. If you take, say, MELODY, you have tick boxes 1 to 5.

Things like "Would you buy it" has 2 tick boxes. Yes - 5 points and No - 0 points. It´s really simple.

All votes are totalled and averaged out of 50. You can see that on the chart on the left.

 

On the HOME page, if you click CHART a chart will appear showing all the tracks uploaded. The ones you have not voted on will show up in blue. The ones you have voted on will be grey. This is personalised to each member so you will always know the tracks you have voted on, or not.

 

We are always looking for new points to add so if you have any ideas! But not too many as that would confuse the matter.

 

You may have a favourite new artist who deserves to be heard. Let them know too so we can all hear.

 

Later, we will show genre, voters age groups, Areas etc. Unfortunately, we don´t have the finances of Myspace so we´re taking it slowly to see how things go.

 

Your voting is private so no one knows your individual thoughts. If enough of you ask for a comments page, we´ll do it.

 

Simply register and you can vote on tracks sent in by talent of all genres. Rock. Pop, Country, Classical etc.

 

REMEMBER, THE ONLY OPINION THAT MATTERS IS YOURS! This is why we hope you will join up.

XMAS GIFT:- A special Xmas gift will be awarded to the member who votes on all the uploaded tracks.

This will be based on the following; 1) Regularity of voting.  2) Swiftness of voting when track is uploaded - No notification will be given after end October on tracks uploaded so you´ll have to keep your eyes open. 3) most votes cast on and up to 1st December 2008.

The gift will be, for UK members, a Fortnum & Mason Xmas hamper in the region of 100 euros.
